The size of the .bmp you tried to upload exceeds the 1,024 KB limit (a ProBoards limit, not a forum limit).

Suggestion: Change the file type to .png or .jpg to reduce the size
of the file. Usually, this can be done without sacrificing quality. In fact, the web has moved away from .bmp files because they are so large and take so long to load -- in favor of .jpg and .png.
